Event Details
To help you bounce back from the pandemic lockdown we have created an agenda that will revitalise your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. You will be able to attend live sessions, plus re-watch the entire event over and over again after the weekend, so that you can keep the momentum going and create a more vibrant life!

We recommend that you attend the event wearing workout clothes and some extra layers, so that you can enjoy the active sessions fully and then feel comfortable as you listen to the talks and Q&As. Have some snacks and drinks nearby too, so that you enjoy every moment!

We encourage you to take part live if you can, to be part of the community. We’ve arranged the event timings so that people across Europe and the United States will be able to come together. If you miss a session you can watch it later in your own time.

After you purchase your ticket, you’ll get a booking confirmation. Before the event we will send you the link to login and enjoy the content. (Please note this may happen the day before the event).

How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body
Discover how simple techniques can transform your mind, body and wellness, with scientific methods from David’s years of research and writing.
David has a PhD in organic chemistry and spent 4 years developing drugs for cardiovascular disease and cancer. Inspired by the placebo effect, he left the pharmaceutical industry to write books and educate people in how they can harness their mind and emotions to improve their health.
He is now author of 10 books, including, ‘The Little Book of Kindness’, ‘How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body’, ‘I Heart Me’ and the Amazon bestseller, ‘The Five Side Effects of Kindness’. He writes a regular blog on his website and occasional blogs for the Huffington Post (US version). David is the ‘Kindness Tsar’ for Psychologies Magazine and writes ‘The Kindness Conversation’ and the ‘Kindness Project’. He is also the ‘Life Hacks’ monthly columnist for Soul & Spirit Magazine and in 2016, he was voted ‘Best writer’ by readers of Kindred Spirit Magazine. David is featured in the award-winning documentary, ‘HEAL’. He appears regularly in the media and was recently featured on Channel 4’s live show, ‘Sunday Brunch’, in the UK and ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ in the USA.

Lauren is on a mission to help you optimise your mind, body and spirit so you feel amazing and live a life you love. With a background in psychology, integrative medicine and holistic psychiatry, she blends her western training with ancient eastern principles. Lauren will help you shift away from anxiety and illness, towards health, happiness, and a more conscious way of living.
Over the past 5 years her own healing journey has seen her transition from having aggressive stage 4 cancer and depression, to being in remission, then surviving a major car accident to finally become someone who is healthy, connected to her purpose, and living from her heart.
She is passionate about the connection between the mind-body and believes that, just as our thoughts and emotions can make us sick, our behaviours and lifestyle changes can make us well.

Nimai Delgado
Nimai believes that your life becomes so much clearer when you have a purpose. Your purpose will constantly inspire you and provide you with the necessary motivation to work for it.

Nimai gave up his career in engineering to follow his passion for plant based body-building and has since built a company, spoken at ‘Talks at Google’ and was featured in James Cameron’s recent film ‘The Game Changers’.
Nimai feels that “too many of us forget to search deep within ourselves to find what truly motivates us. We are told from a young age to grow up and get a good paying job to buy things, but we are rarely taught to follow our heart and do what makes us happiest.”
